Mourning Geckos are incredible little creatures that are incredibly fun to watch. They’re full of character and while they’re not handle-able, they make excellent pets. The terrarium in this set up is big enough for quite a lot of these wonderful little animals, but keep a careful eye on the numbers as it’s important they don’t become overcrowded. UV lighting, a meat mat, and thermometer, provides everything your animals need for a happy life.
When they’re babies they are miniature and can squeeze through almost any gap. We’ve found that blue-tac is the perfect solve for this. It can be moulded into every gap, and it’s not inherently sticky, meaning it won’t hurt any of the geckos that touch it.
