Our 30 Day Reptile Guarantee

We guarantee to find the right animal for you, not just a healthy one but one you get along with. If you don’t get on with the one you take home we will exchange it for another*.We guarantee that your new pet reptile is fit and healthy, and as such offer a 30 day guarantee on all reptiles and amphibians**.  

*same species and same value, subject to availability.

**if you have bought your housing, heating and lighting elsewhere we can only offer a 7 day guarantee (we can’t guarantee that you will have appropriate products). Invertebrates not included.

No we don’t courier animals.

We have never sold animals online – You can’t click on link and have a snake delivered to you from our website, and really why would you want that?

Isn’t it more fun coming to choose your animal, seeing it in a beautiful decorated vivarium and speaking to my passionate, enthusiastic and knowledgeable team?

A livefood subscription is basically an order for crickets, locusts, mealworms or any of the other feeder bugs that you receive at regular intervals.

You can set up an order to be sent to you on a weekly, fortnightly, 3 weekly or monthly basis.

It is very easy to set up a subscription, follow this link  and select the type and size of the livefood you would like and in the drop down menu on the product page you will be able to select the quantity of food and how often you would like your order.

Once set up you will be charge automatically and the order will be dispatched. We don’t store any card data, the payments are all done through Stripe certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification or PayPal .

If you need to change your order, just log in to the website go to your account.
