To ensure your frozen reptile food arrives in perfect condition, every order is packed using:
- Insulated boxes
- Insulating paper wrap
- Dry ice (colder than –78.5°C)
- A fast, reliable courier service
By the time your parcel arrives, the dry ice will have evaporated. Only the packaging remains, which can be disposed of following the instructions provided. Because we use non‑airtight boxes, your exposure to dry ice is extremely minimal.

When Will My Frozen Food Order Be Delivered?
Place your order before 12:00 pm, Monday to Thursday, and we’ll dispatch it the same day for next‑day delivery.
If you order after 12:00 pm, Monday to Wednesday, your parcel will go out the following day for next‑day delivery. Orders placed after 12:00 pm on Thursday through Sunday will be dispatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery.
You must be available to receive your parcel, as a signature is required. Delivery days are not guaranteed, so please only place an order if you can accept the delivery on the first attempt. We cannot take responsibility for spoiled frozen foods if the courier is unable to deliver.
