Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase and can be used on any product. If the full value of the voucher is not used in one transaction, a new voucher will be issued with the remaining funds for use on your next order.
Repeat Orders
Repeat orders can be set up for any items that you would like to recieve on a regular basis. You can select whether you would like you order sent weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Please note that you complete order will be repeated. If you would like to change your order please contact us by phone or email. Please note we cannot take repeat payments from Paypal, so if you have set up an order using this payment method you will be contacted to make alternative arrangements.
Repeat order set up using a discount code will be charged at the discount rate until the discount code expires, then will revert back to the normal price.
Returns Policy
We are happy to accept returned items providing they are unused, in a saleable condition and in the original packaging upto 28 after the purchase date.
If you wish to return an item please contact us by email first for details. We will only be able to accept returns if you have notified us before hand and completed a returns form.
We can only credit your account for items once they have been safely returned to us. We will not give credit on postage of returned items, unless the item was faulty or you recieved the wrong item by mistake.
Custom built vivariums
As the custom built vivariums are made to order, to you specifications once the order has been placed and non refundable deposit paid we cannot cancel the order.
Faulty items
If you receive a faulty item please contact us as soon as possible with details of the fault, to arrange replacement and return of the item. The return delivery costs will be refunded by us and a replacement product delivered free of charge. We regret that we cannot refund/replace faulty items if you do not notify us within 7 days of receipt.
Product failure after use
Products that fail prematurely usually need to be returned direct to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. If in doubt please contact us for more information.
Delivery costs
If you return an item because it is not suitable then the return postage costs will need to be covered by you. If you receive a faulty item then we will cover the return postage, up to an amount deemed reasonable.
Livefood and frozen foods
We are unable to accept returns of livefoods or frozen foods. If you are dissatisfied with an order please contact us directly.
Out of Stock Items
If an item is out of stock we will endeavour to contact you to offer an alternative. Livefoods may be substituted with the nearest size of the same species and cricket may be replaced with an alternative colour of cricket.
Privacy Policy
Evolution Reptiles will not pass customers' details onto any third party. Any information given is solely for our use to provide you with the best possible service.
Security
We are compliant with Payment Card Industry Security Standard (PCI DSS)
, and so is Sagepay who provide our payment system. So you can rest assured that ordering from is as safe as possible.
