Mealworms
Mealworms
Mealworms are the larva form of the mealworm beetle, Tenebrio molitor, a species of darkling beetle. Mealworms are high in protein, which makes them especially useful as a food source and are typically used as a food source for reptile and avian pets. They are also provided to wild birds in bird feeders, particularly during the nesting season when birds are raising their young and appreciate a ready food supply
Mealworms are 20-30mm long

you get alot more than you do at the reptile shops and for about 90p cheaper. they are always very lively when i recieve them (every 2 weeks) and takes them along time to turn into beetles unlike the reptile shops when they are already half there. my beardie loves these mealworms and cant get enough of them!
