Delivery

Collect from Store

Order online and collect from our Oxford shop for free. Simply place the order and as soon as we have your order ready for collection we will contact you. Unfortunately we don't have a large enough shop to hold all items in stock. We recieve our main stock deliveries to the shop on Wednesdays.

Standard Delivery

Standard Delivery is now free when you spend over £50.Excluding Glass Terrariums, wooden vivariums, cabinets and frozen foods and orders over 30kg

The standard delivery method is Royal Mail First Class Post, please allow 2-5 days for delivery. All orders weighing 1500g or more will be delivered by a courier service and will require a signature.

Priority Delivery

Priority delivery uses a Next Working Day Before Noon Courier Service and will require a signature. Deliveries will not be made on Saturdays.

Glass Terrariums and frozen foods can only be sent via the priority service.

Orders placed by 12 noon Monday to Thursday will be processed that day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the following day or if placed after 12 noon Thursday, they will be dispatched on the following Monday (except bank holidays, orders will be despatched on the next working day).

Please ensure that someone is available to recieve your order.

The delivery charges are calculated by approximate weight of the items ordered.

The delivery cost will be calculated and displayed in your basket before checkout, it will be updated with each additional product added to your basket.

The delivery charges quoted are for mainland UK. For delivery to other areas of the UK, including Northern Ireland, please contact us for prices.

Next Day Courier services are not available to some of the islands, Such as the Isle of Man.
