Delivery
The delivery charges are calculated by approximate weight of the items ordered.
The delivery cost will be calculated and displayed in your basket before checkout, it will be updated with each additional product added to your basket.
The standard delivery method is Royal Mail First Class Post, please allow 2-5 days for delivery. All orders containing frozen foods or orders weighing 1500g or more will be delivered by a courier service. Standard courier service, next working day before noon, and next working day before 10.30 services can be selected. Many orders will need to be signed for on delivery.
Frozen foods can only be sent via next working day before noon courier service.
The delivery charges quoted are for mainland UK. For delivery to other areas of the UK, please contact us for prices.
Orders placed by 12 noon Monday to Thursday will be processed that day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the following day or if placed after 12 noon Thursday, they will be dispatched on the following Monday.
Next Day Courier services are not available to some of the Islands, Such as the Isle of Man.
