Delivery

Standard Delivery is now free when you spend over £50. Excluding Glass Terrariums and frozen foods.

The standard delivery method is Royal Mail First Class Post, please allow 2-5 days for delivery. All orders weighing 1500g or more will be delivered by a courier service and will require a signature.

Priority Delivery Noon

Priority delivery uses a Next Working Day before Noon courier service and will require a signature. Deliveries will not be made on Saturdays.

Glass Terrariums and frozen foods can only be sent via the priority service.

The delivery charges quoted are for mainland UK. For delivery to other areas of the UK, including Northern Ireland, please contact us for prices.

Orders placed by 12 noon Monday to Thursday will be processed that day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the following day or if placed after 12 noon Thursday, they will be dispatched on the following Monday.

Please ensure that someone is available to recieve your order.

The delivery charges are calculated by approximate weight of the items ordered.

The delivery cost will be calculated and displayed in your basket before checkout, it will be updated with each additional product added to your basket.

Next Day Courier services are not available to some of the islands, Such as the Isle of Man.
